Zobha just re-launched their new site so you can now get this outfit! I posted it on instagram, but their site was down for forever! So shop away!!
So I took these photos a while ago and I feel like I’ve made so much more progress since, but I still wanted to share! I wanted to answer any questions you might have about the Level 212 App or Trainer Kelli! so ask away! I posted a photo below of what my weekly workouts look like! I love the app because each workout is different and then there are videos for each set and move. It’s the best thing ever, because when I started I had no idea what I was doing, but now I feel like I could walk into the gym and at least have an idea of how to do things and what I should workout together, etc. I love having the app though because it gives me structure and keeps me accountable! Let me know if you have any other questions about it!!
Today I have another update on my recent workout plan! If you haven’t read any of my previous posts, I’ve been working out with Trainer Kelli and her fitness app Level 212 Fitness. I’ve upped my workout schedule from three workouts a week to four to five. I’m going to be 100% honest in this post. I’m tired. Working out, especially when you haven’t been consistent for a long time, wears you out. I am sore. I keep asking everyone if that ever goes away or if you get used to it. I’m also frustrated. I think I’m in that transitional phase where my body is still getting used to everything. I feel like I’ve been working out so hard, but it’s hard to see my progress right now. But I can feel it.
Since it’s the new year and I’m sure that many of you have resolutions involving fitness goals I have partnered with Kiava Clothing to do another giveaway! Visit my instagram (@kristinrosedavis) today to enter! We’re giving away 2 $50 gift cards!
I want to hear what your goals are this year! (I don’t like to call them resolutions as much as goals…) I’m so bad because I feel like I have the same ones every year haha. I actually usually kind of update my goals or “bucket list” closer to around my birthday. This year will be a big one since I’m turning 30. However, here are some of mine for 2016 in the spirit of New Years:
– Cook more!
– Check at least one travel location of my bucket list
– Work out consistently.
– Read two books a month! (or listen…I think this still counts, but I like to physically read them too)
– Figure out my Apple TV…it’s been sitting there for over 6 months…whoops
– Keep my room clean. I am by far the worst person ever at this.
– Continue to grow my blog! My hobby turned profitable and the last couple months are the best I’ve ever had! Gotta keep that going!
So I want to hear about your goals! And I want to hear what you would like to see more of on my blog this year, or what you want to continue! Let me know because I would love to get some feedback!

So, I have this not-so-secret secret. I have been struggling so bad with my physical appearance lately. Since this summer I feel like I cannot get back in shape and no matter what I do I can’t seem to get my body to do what I want it to do. I’ve gained a decent amount of weight and it’s just throwing me! I don’t by any means think that I am “fat”, but it’s really hard to stay positive when your body keeps changing and when nothing fits the way it used to. I try so hard to not let it bother me, but taking photos every week doesn’t exactly let you forget your flaws. So I was very very nervous to take these photos. I can’t lie, I don’t love the way I look in them, but I think it was important for two reasons. 1. To remember that I don’t have to be a certain size to like myself, and 2. That this will be my motivation to get in shape and be healthy. So I’m starting my resolutions a little before the new year! Writing it here means I can’t back out right?
Even though I was so nervous, I have been so excited to share this amazing small business with you! Kiava Clothing is quickly becoming one of my favorite athletic brands and they are from right here in Utah. One thing I love about small businesses is that you get to know them on a much more personal level. The owners of this brand are some of the nicest people and so hard working! I wish you could all meet Olivia and Joseph! I can’t wait to wear my Kiava Clothing while I’m getting in shape!
Their athletic apparel is super supportive and obviously freaking cute! I have 5 of their bras now and they are my favorite things to wear, especially for high impact activity! The Braided bra (that I’m wearing in this post) and the Endurance bra are perfect for my running, zumba, and kickboxing. I also love their Dynamic bra, which has a little bit lighter support. I love wearing this to my yoga classes and just for lounging around.
You guys will all have the chance to win one of two gift cards to their site, just in time for the holidays! Look for it on my instagram around 10 am! @kristinrosedavis
