These leggings are heaven. You probably think I’m exaggerating, but I’m not. They are soft and comfortable, even thought they have the mesh details. They’re thick, but still flexible. And you know how I love high waisted anything…Sweaty Betty is literally heaven. Just trust me.
I’m still going strong with Trainer Kelli. My biggest problem before was that I felt like I didn’t know how to work out. I played sports when I was younger, so I felt like I knew how. I did cardio. I took classes at the gym. But I had never really done weights before. I think they have made such a huge difference. I feel like I’m finally starting to feel stronger and look like I’m in shape. I always just kind of looked soft and a little bit weak still even when I was in “good shape”. With the Level.212 App Kelli is able to give me new workouts each week that shows me how to work out as well as what to work out. Each circuit has a video that shows exactly how to do it! It’s so helpful. Since I get a new workout each week I’ve been learning so many new ways to work out, so it never gets boring. It’s literally completely changed the way I work out and my motivation level.

So I took these photos a while ago and I feel like I’ve made so much more progress since, but I still wanted to share! I wanted to answer any questions you might have about the Level 212 App or Trainer Kelli! so ask away! I posted a photo below of what my weekly workouts look like! I love the app because each workout is different and then there are videos for each set and move. It’s the best thing ever, because when I started I had no idea what I was doing, but now I feel like I could walk into the gym and at least have an idea of how to do things and what I should workout together, etc. I love having the app though because it gives me structure and keeps me accountable! I’m obsessed with this matching set from Grana. These leggings have quickly become one of my favorite pairs to wear because they hold you in so well! If you couldn’t tell, I’m kind of a fan of high waisted leggings. I just think they are so much more flattering. No one wants muffin top hanging over leggings that are too low. Even the tiniest people have this happen! And I can’t get over how cute the shape of the cross back sports bra is!
But I have a confession, I have been so bad at working out lately! I’ve been keeping up on my workouts, but I am not going to lie I’ve kind of been cheating on my diet a lot. Between Mexico, Vegas last weekend, and my birthday this week I think Kelli might kill me. But I’m re-dedicated! So help me, this meal plan is going to work and I’m going to be so good! Send prayers for me :p
The 3B Shop from 3B Yoga has the cutest workout clothes! I am obsessed with these printed leggings from Onzie! I also was never really a fan of crop tops, but this one is perfect! It’s super lightweight and it’s not so tight that is squishes you! You guys know what I’m talking about…haha. Plus it’s only $38!
I’ve still got a little ways to go to be where I want to, but these photos were taken at about my 8 week mark of working out with Trainer Kelli and Level 212 Fitness! I keep talking about it, but this app is literally one of the best things that ever happened to me! I actually work out multiple times every week and enjoy it now! I really have not been doing very well with my meal plan if I am being totally honest because I went on vacation and I moved! So all of my progress is mostly just from working out! I think I’m going to see much more when I start really focusing on the meal plan, but I’ve added my progress photos so far below this post! One of my favorite styles this year has been that bomber jackets are back! They’re easy to throw on and they’re so cute! I’m obsessed with this limited edition pink jacket from the Tone It Up girls! I got to do a yoga class with them earlier this year at the Sundance film festival and they are seriously just #goals. They’re so cute and fun and I think this bomber totally fits them perfectly!
I also need to tell you about these jeans from Dear John Denim. Seriously so freaking comfortable, and they’re not gonna be hard on your wallet either! Jeans are my comfort zone. As long as I have a good fitting pair of jeans on I’m going to feel fabulous! Dear John is all about you finding your fit and styling them your way, so these skinny jeans and my bomber probably give you a pretty good idea of when I’m the most comfortable!
I am actually really excited to share this brand with you! I got this cute jacket and sports bra from Zyia Active and I’m not going to lie, I wore the bra like three days in a row because it’s so freaking cute. I also love this cute white workout jacket. It’s perfect for spring due to the the ever changing weather! One day it’s 30 degrees and the next it’s 70! It’s very lightweight and you can bunch it up into a little ball or tie it around your waist if it gets too hot!
My leggings are from Lysse and they are perfect to wear to work out or at your leisure. The criss cross detail transforms basic leggings to a fashion piece! Look for them in their “weekend lounge” section!
Would you just look at this lattice back bra frpm Titika Active? Are you dying? Cuz I am. Titika Active has such creatively designed tops! I want all of them! And their clothing is incredibly soft! It’s perfect for working out in because it’s just so comfortable!
Currently I am starting my 9th week in my training program with Trainer Kelli and Level 212 Fitness. These photos were taken around 6 weeks or so. At this point I was having a really really…like really..hard time. I was starting to feel better about my cardio and I felt like I was getting stronger, but I just couldn’t see the results, so I was getting very frustrated with myself. My pants were getting tighter, which was not my goal! So if any of you have already started a program and gotten to this point, you probably know exactly how I feel. And for those of you who are going to start, just keep in mind, that I think for the most part we can use the phrase “it gets worse, before it gets better”.

Today I have another update on my recent workout plan! If you haven’t read any of my previous posts, I’ve been working out with Trainer Kelli and her fitness app Level 212 Fitness. I’ve upped my workout schedule from three workouts a week to four to five. I’m going to be 100% honest in this post. I’m tired. Working out, especially when you haven’t been consistent for a long time, wears you out. I am sore. I keep asking everyone if that ever goes away or if you get used to it. I’m also frustrated. I think I’m in that transitional phase where my body is still getting used to everything. I feel like I’ve been working out so hard, but it’s hard to see my progress right now. But I can feel it.
