This skirt is so perfect for this fall. Animal print and burgundy. Both are huge trends this year and it just so happens that I LOVE both. I went through a phase where I think the only color I bought was some shade of maroon. Guess that will come in handy this year.
Anyway, I absolutely love the shape and how it fits. It’s on sale so you should all go get this! I love the lines it makes. I thought I would try mixing prints with this instead of just pairing it with plain black or white and make it a little bit more fun than the skirt itself already is. How’d I do? I want to see how you guys mix prints!

Also, Jamie Chung wore this skirt recently, so here is another way to style it!
Remember, you can still donate to help Carson and Beckham!
Lily Collins at the 2013 Glamour Women of the Year Awards, looks gorgeous in this nude, jeweled gown. I love!

This dress is one of the more versatile dresses I have bought it a while. I feel like I can wear it for work, church, fun – basically pretty much anything but the gym. Haha ok that’s stretching it a little, but it’s very comfortable and you can dress it up or down. Here I have it styled a little bit in the middle. I paired it with a fun statement necklace from Baublebar and some booties, but if I had worn some tights or high heels with a little bit of a fancier necklace it would dress the outfit up even more. I also think you could throw on a leather jacket or flats and it would be even more casual.

Yesterday I got the opportunity to go on KSL for a quick bit about our Bloggers Give Back Event and Donation Page with the two families we are supporting. Sarah Peterson and Sara Hancock brought their two boys, Beckham and Carson, who we are trying to raise money for this weekend, at the event that I have been talking about over the past few weeks.
Here is the new clip from yesterday so you can all meet the two boys and here a little bit about what we are doing and where you can donate!
Carson was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in May of 2012. He has and will continue to receive chemotheraphy treatments until July of 2015. He also needs surgery for damage to his airways that occurred at birth. The family was waiting to do this due to the risk of the procedure mixed with the side effects of chemo, but they cannot wait any longer.
Beckham was diagnosed this September with a high risk, stage 4 nueroblastoma. He has had his first round of chemotheraphy and is fighting with everything he has. Beckham has a 40% chance of beating cancer.
We appreciate anything that anyone can do to support or donate to these two boys. Please help spread the word! Our event is tomorrow, but we will be accepting donations through December 6th. I was so glad to get to spend a little bit of time with these amazing boys and their families yesterday! I hope everyone can find a little bit of time or means to help them! Thank you!
P.S. here are a few pictures from yesterday! And thank you to KSL for letting us share our event with you!
Blake Lively looks so cute in these polka dot and ruffled pants by Emanuel Ungaro. I love the pink lips too.
The winner for the $300 Target Gift Card Giveaway is Katie Hanson! Please email email@example.com to claim your prize! Congrats! I know I’m jealous!
I have officially decided that all I want to wear this winter is leggings, sweaters, and dresses. So much more comfortable than trying to put on jeans when it’s cold outside. (Ok, I’m exaggerating because I know my next post will probably be me in jeans and you will all call me a liar, but the idea is nice.) However, I love pairing a comfy dress with a big sweater. I got this dress at a new boutique in American Fork called Ruby Bloom (read below about their Grand Opening Party this weekend!). They have actually been around for a little while, but they just moved to a new location and the store is so cute! I love the pattern on the top of this dress. It gives it the perfect character. Add boots and it’s just right for fall.
